Rick Ferri of Portfolio Solutions recently showed in a Forbes article &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/2010\/01\/05\/stocks-bonds-not-bad-decade-personal-finance-indexer-ferri.html?partner=artctrlinboxmain\">A Decent Decade for Index Investors<\/a>&#8221;  the 10-year results from different Vanguard index funds that have been around the entire decade.  Pretty impressive.   <a style='color: inherit !important;' HREF='' TITLE=''><\/a> . Vanguard, the pioneer of index funds and provider of Vanguard Mutual Funds and ETFs provides funds with a relatively low cost structure, which compounded over time can positively impact one&#8217;s bottom line.  You pick the best Vanguard fund for your asset allocation and hopefully you too will find financial reward;  research indicates that &#8220;Index fund investors who remained disciplined and stuck to a simple strategy of diversification and rebalancing fared pretty well.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;
